Carefree-Elise, Basic Creative Dies

Welcome to Passionate Paper Creations this is Corinne and I am here to share Creative Basics and the Carefree-Elise from Make It Crafty
if you haven't checked out these dies you need to, so many ways to use them.
I took the  Basic Creative dies, Background Borders 1. I put it along the bottom edge of my card and cut my trim, then I made the layer for the top and did the same thing.  After that I cut 1 one full strip with the die and attached it from the backside of the card to give the bottom effect. I was very happy with this look...fun, different, love the embossed look on the die.
These dies just amaze me...
I also used flowers from I Am Roses

Printed on X-Press it paper
and colored with Copic Markers

Girls Night Out

Hello Passionate Paper Creations Friends!  Rhea here and Today I'm featuring one of the NEW All Dressed Up Rubber stamps from LDRS Creative called, Girls Night Out. These are available at 7 Kids College Fund.

This time I did her in bright and happy colors using the Lawn fawn Paper which is also available at 7 Kids College Fund.

Also from LDRS Creative is my new die line, Creative Basics!
I used the  Basic Pierced Ovals.
I used the half oval from the Pierced Ovals set to create the easel card pop up you see in white then added an accent layer under the image using LDRS Die Guilded Doily.  I cut this shape into 4 section to create corners.
Note: all LDRS Dies/Creative Basic dies emboss as well as cut which makes for much nicer details.

Thanks for stoping by today,

LDRS Creative - Looking Gorgeous

Hello LDRS Creative friends!  Today I'm featuring one of the NEW All Dressed Up Rubber stamps called, Looking Gorgeous.

I used the half oval from the Pierced Ovals set to create the easel card pop up you see in white then added an accent layer under the image.

I used Copic Marker colors, BV31, 01, 34 with V00 as the highlight on the dress.  The skin is E50 51, 21 and 13.  The hair is E79, 57 and 51.  I added details with the purple Multiliner.

What a simple sweet image and you could use them in so many versatile ways and colored in various mediums. I hope you enjoy today's inspiration.
Thanks for swinging by and you could find the NEW items over the LDRS Creative store.

Power Poppy New Digi Release

Hello, Today is Power Poppy's New Digi Release Day.
I was inspired by Cindy Lawrence when I saw this image to use shades of blue to color it.
She had done a beautiful image in December which reflected an old china look.  I just loved it, so I used it here.

The blues I used were B00 21, 24, 28 and 39

Here is a message from Marcella hereself;
I have been very intrigued with folk art and primitive art for a long time. Not the super duper primitive, so much as the decorative arts of rug hooking and quilting. Doing this research led me to stumble upon a bunch of Crewel embroidery images, and let me just say, I probably spent a weekend slobbering over the images I found! I created a clear stamp set based around this imagery, called Folk Heart — it is debuting this week, and is similar in feeling. I actually designed Flowers, Always to be in this clear set, but it's so darn WIDE, I don't think it will fit on a clear block! So, for your digital-creating pleasure, we present Flowers, Always, a 5.5" wide image. You can CROP INTO IT, you can shrink it and make a pattern, you can color it straight out, you can ZOOOOOM in, you can do whatever you want.

Flowers, Always comes with one really long sentiment to go with the very wide image!
